Assisted Private Sales
FAQs
Can I use an Estate Agent as well as you?
Yes, of course. Estate agents can take some of the running around off your hands, offering advice, acting as a go-between for you and your potential buyer.
They may offer a number of benefits to the selling process such as:
Advertising the property for sale in their office window
Accompanying potential buyers on visits
Following up buyers to obtain 'feedback'
Advice on valuation
Creation of the property details
Receiving and forwarding and negotiating offers
Selling mortgages, insurance or other services
Communicating with the notaire
But do you really NEED someone else to provide these services? When you accept a buyer's offer, using our simple to complete sales offer form you just pass the details straight to your notaire, who will do the necessary legal work. Our information pack guides you through the selling process and our list of partner organisations provides you with access to all the expert advice and services that you should need.

Is this service suitable for every seller
No – If your house is vacant and you have no-one who can show people around for you then you are better using an estate agent who can hold keys and do accompanied viewings.
